Madany MRICS is the managing director of Global Appraisal Tech (GAT), one of the top asset valuation firms in Egypt specialized in real estate, machinery & equipment valuations, project management, and feasibility studies. Under Tarek’s direction, GAT has appraised hundreds of assets including development projects, commercial & residential properties, plants, and equipment. Tarek is also a member of the RICS MAP board, a faculty member of the RICS academy, and has been actively involved in the counselling of APC candidates for both the RICS and Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). Tarek Madany is an instructor for the Real Estate Program at the American University in Cairo (AUC).
