GAT has appraised assets of over 1.5 Trillion pounds in value last year alone for over 476 clients, many of which are the top 10 financial consultants operating in Egypt such as Deloitte, PWC, Ernest & Young, JLL, KPMG, Grant Thornton, and others. We take pride in officially the number #1 winner of the bid to mass appraise over 460 million meter square of the Suez Canal Industrial Zone, distributed over four major industrial cities and 6 ports. We also take pride in being the selected appraisers of the two largest national factories in Egypt: The Egyptian Steel Company in Helwan, the Aluminum Company in Nagee Hamadi. Some of other major projects involved the appraising of several of the largest projects in Egypt including resorts, hotels, residential units, mixed compounds, retail malls, schools & universities, hospitals, clinics, farms, and factories and numerous other bank collateral assets.
