Moreover, GAT has managed the technical and financial loan supervision progress of over 65 projects in Egypt ranging from small commercial projects such as The British School in Cairo and The Waterway project in New Cairo, to national mega projects such as The Burullus power station deemed the largest power station in Egypt. Current projects that we are currently monitoring include Oilex factory in Sadat City, Kuwadico compound in 6th of October, and a city-wide infrastructure project in Tanta City. In addition, GAT did the quarterly valuation work for the Naeem Real Estate Investment Fund, which makes GAT one of the very few companies in Egypt that has done Valuation for Real Estate Funds in Egypt.
